Chicago (Turabian)格式中無論封面是否有推薦人或介紹人的姓名，在內文註釋及文後參考書目，均須列出該姓名及撰寫資訊（如foreword to、introduction to、之推薦序、之序等）。

【提醒2】

若要引用的是作者自己撰寫的序言或前言等非正文的文章，在內文註釋須明確標示出撰寫資訊（如preface to、之自序等），但文後參考書目則以一般圖書格式呈現即可（見上方文後參考書目台灣出版文化讀本之範例）。
